Jiangsu Xingran Technology Co., Ltd. has signed a contract to locate its polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) water electrolysis equipment project in the Changzhou Wujin National High-Tech Industrial Zone, injecting a "green impetus" into the development of the park.
Specializing in PEM water electrolysis equipment for hydrogen production, Xingran Technology has independently developed a "three-in-one" structured ordered membrane electrode assembly (MEA) consisting of the diffusion layer, catalytic layer, and proton exchange membrane, resulting in an increase of over 50 percent in the active area compared to conventional MEAs. Currently, the company's PEM water electrolysis equipment boasts technical capabilities and product key indicators at the forefront domestically and internationally.
The total investment for the project signed this time amounts to 500 million yuan, primarily engaging in the research and large-scale production of various models of PEM electrolyzer and systems. After full production, the project is expected to achieve annual sales of 1.5 billion yuan.
Yang Yongzhi, chairman of Xingran Technology Co., Ltd., stated that the Wujin National High-Tech Industrial Zone has formed a relatively complete new energy industry chain, with abundant talent resources and a superior business environment, which has strengthened the company's confidence in deepening its presence here.
