Zhongtian Gangtie Team was established in 1996. In 2004-2005 season, the team had a record to the Finals and won the season's runner-up. In the 2012-3013 season starting on November 24, this team is having 16 home games. Changzhou Zhongtian Gangtie Stadium and Nangang Stadium each will hold eight games.
According to the requirements of the CBA league, this year, Zhongtian Gangtie Team carried out the fourth large-scale reconstruction in 26 years.
